  Many representatives are nice and helpful in store. The phone customer service representatives are rude, short, and can't explain in detail the reason you're calling about. Supervisors are even worse and hang up on you.......

  It's a good place I just got my Motorola moto G power 2026 5G phone on Wednesday when I poured my number over to cricket wireless coming from metro by T-Mobile the service person was a nice person I'm loving this phone

  I stop by to ask question. The store was very organized very clean and they greeted me at the door. My question was answered in a proper way but I wish it was a little bit more or hands when I did ask them about my phone or issues having with the phone that have I gave him 4 stars but I think they need to know more detail about the phones that they are selling.
