  Many representatives are nice and helpful in store. The phone customer service representatives are rude, short, and can't explain in detail the reason you're calling about. Supervisors are even worse and hang up on you.......

  It's a good place I just got my Motorola moto G power 2026 5G phone on Wednesday when I poured my number over to cricket wireless coming from metro by T-Mobile the service person was a nice person I'm loving this phone

  My brother visited to pay his cell phone here on 69th Street. We have patronized 69th Street several times in the past. This is the first time that we have visited in years. It is truly not the same. A lot of stores were looted and are boarded up. What a shame! Nothing is the same!
