Unfortunately this store didn't have the part i needed the staff was helpfully and did try to find the part in the store

Terrible customer service. I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. When I 1st walked in the employee was not being nice to an older gentleman looking to buy bicycle parts. When I got to the counter I told the young man the make and model of my car and I needed to buy motor oil. When I 1st told him I advised 528 xdrive. He clicked on a 1 series. I could see the screen luckily. Told him 528i. He clicked on 528i. I then advised xdrive. He said very nastily I didn't say that at 1st. I was confused by the attitude. There was no need to get upset, disrespectful and rude. I told him I no longer wanted to purchase bcz of the treatment I was receiving. I asked him his name, he refused. I asked the other worker on the floor for the emplyees name. I got a shoulder shrug. I asked for the manager, he said he was the manager. There were 3-4 employees in an "aisle behind the counter who heard our exchange. All refused to tell me the employee's name. All of the employees' behaviors are unacceptable. I called from my car in the parking lot to file a complaint. I went to the Lansdowne location and received great customer service. In this instance that just meant no nasty disrespectful attitude. All I wanted to do was buy motor oil.

Robert the Manager was so rude when the cashier employee was trying to help me with my battery, couldn't believe it I felt so bad because he is a new employee at the store.thank you
