  DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! I went to this location yesterday to buy spark plugs for a tune up. I was sold the wrong parts, I even gave the VIN number, I went back to either get a refund or exchange and was told I couldn’t get my money back but I could exchange, they didn’t have the parts, but another location had the parts. I just went to Autozone and got what I needed!!!! Later I returned to Advanced Auto to exchange for store credit, the employee said that it couldn’t be done on the items because they were about to close and it takes a while to do that on spark plugs!!!! BUT HE’S THE ONE THAT SOLD ME THE PARTS!!!!I had to raise my voice and get out of order for him to respect the fact that HE SOLD ME THE WRONG PARTS and that I deserved store credit of some sort!!! This guy doesn’t need to be employed there because he sold me the wrong parts, then didn’t want to clean up his mistake! It was very overwhelming!! Oh and he made such a big deal about being about to close, but let another customer come in to purchase after the store was supposed to be closed!!!!

  Poor customer service. There seems to be 10 employees working around but only one person at the register. It shouldn't take 20mins to get service with only two customers in line.

  Unfortunately this store didn't have the part i needed the staff was helpfully and did try to find the part in the store
