  Very bad service I always buy what I need in these stores and today I found myself especially with this store that had a young man with his hair painted and a nefarious and racist attitude he did not want to attend to me then he said that he had no change and that he could not charge me then he said offensive things I ended up filling up with the place because one is going to buy he is not going to ask for anything as a gift…

  No bueno! There is a young white man with a black man’s hairdo was very rude. I just ask him a question about a return and gave an attitude.

  Someone needs to see to it that Michelle the manager is fired and never to work in this town again. Miserable, condescending, disrespectful, acting like she has any type of clue about anything. My company spends A LOT of money at this business and how dare they allow her to be the face of a company that people spend money at. Do better AAP

  I went to the store because my battery had died, I had just enough battery life to get there and asked for my battery to be replaced. The man at the counter (John according to my recept) sighed at me and said “well we close in a half hour” . I let him know I accidentally went to the wrong store and meant to go to autozone which closes an hour later, but I was stuck now and needed help. He then proceeded to tell me he could see if they had a jump kit. When they did not his then response to me was “well can you get a jump from someone?” Finally, after getting a friend to come help me and offer to change my battery (mind you enough time for someone to drive to the store and switch out the battery and the store was STILL OPEN) the process of getting a battery was frustrating. When returning the battery the man at the front desk even said “oh good I did get you the right size battery”. Shouldn’t that have been a given before selling me the battery? I know helping someone when the store is closing within a half hour is a pain, but to be so annoyed and unhelpful during this whole situation is horrible customer service. I wish I never had to buy a battery from here, and I never will again. Worst experience in my life. (Attached is a picture of the store front that I took while I had to wait outside for help because they couldn’t be bothered)
