  The lady who helped us was VERY informative. She even offered us a faster way to get a new phone by suggesting a different store location since I was looking to get a new phone today. She even called the store for me to make sure they had it in the version and color I wanted and even asked them to put it on hold for me. She gave me a pamphlet with information about my insurance plan and informed me on what coverage I have, which I didn’t even know about. She was very attentive and answered all questions we had!
