  Wish they would change there hours online ordered a part online says ready in 30 minutes and open til 9 but show up and closed at 6 and I already paid for it

  I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up the store was closed!!!! Web site says open till 9pm they close Monday through Saturday at 6 pm???? I was there around 7:30pm Saturday 8/8/2026 @ Tyrone Pa location, so now I have to make another trip there to get my order very disappointed with this practice!!!!

  Asked my wife to stop in there today and pick up a piece of break line for me on her way home from work, and none of the people there working even knew what break line to give her even though I sent the old break line with her so they could measure it from the old one, and what size to give her. Come train your people better!!! Oh and you shouldn’t talk crap about people after they walk out the door while other customers are still in the store!!!!! Will NEVER use that advance auto ever again!!!!!!!!

  Had a question about installing my rear wiper blade the guy I dealt with (wish I had asked him his name) not only helped me figure it out he came out and did it for me. Super great customer service. This was after I came in with a bad attitude and gave him a hard time but his friendly demeanor turned that around quick and I apologized to him for taking my frustration out on him. He was a pro the entire time.
