  Put an online order in and showed up to get my order bread is at least a day old and hard. I also got 2 cookies the cookies are hard as a rock and tasted horrible. I was greeted when I walked though the door but kept getting a dirty look from the one girl working there. Will not be going back

  I should've done this review years ago. How many times do you need to run out of meatballs before 2 pm to realize that you need to start making more meatballs? I get that you may not want to make a full batch as there will be some food waste, but just avoiding the waste entirely means you avoid making money. I guess it's better than the time that they gave me a footlong meatball with only six meatballs but a ton of sauce. Also, I went to the store two weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon and the doors were locked. The two employees inside looked at me, then walked around the back corner and out of sight. Seriously? It was during your hours of operation and the OPEN sign was on. The ladies next door at Holiday said they've experienced this as well. I get that hiring good workers is tough. I understand that management can't be on site at all times. I just know there are better ways to run your operations.

  If I could I would give this place zero stars I would I come looking for something simple I wanna try something new I ask for two foot long churros and when I get home after a long day to open them up I receive two foot long pretzels this horrible service genuinely made me wish I was never born this place is so horrible every time I drive by it I can’t help but feeling the urge to rip my hair out
