  This company could quite possibly be the worst insurance company that I’ve ever dealt with in the last 20 years. When I initially signed up with them, I brought over multiple insurance policies given the attractive quotes in the early going - they utilize bait and switch tactics. So, I paid for a yearly premium on a rental home that I own only for them to change the policy after only a week time and said that they stated a quoting glitch and proceeded to charge me 20% more for the policy. They proceeded to resolve the issue by sending me a $100 gift card for the inconvenience. Also, on another auto policy that I originated for my stepson, they proceeded to name me on the policy when I specifically ask them not to. I can assure you they have no attention to detail. And with looking at all the negative reviews on this website, too, you should do nothing further than use any other company besides them! In closing, most of all, Viki or Victoria - Brian’s right hand - could be THE WORST unprofessional, rude and dishonest individual that I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in all my years. RUN. RUN. RUN. 🏃

  Started my car insurance through Brian McQuoid easy enough, then I get an email two weeks later asking if I would like to discuss starting car insurance. Strange since I already had started a policy but okay maybe it was a mistake. Then I get a later in the mail a month later that my insurance is going to be canceled because I provided no proof of residency. No one ever reached out to ask for any proof of residency. I sent an email to which he responded that he would look into it and get back asap. Never heard back from him for days. Sent two more emails that also went unanswered. Sent another email to which he responded that his office did not start my insurance and I must have started it through Allstate myself and he is unable to see anything about it. He was the only person I ever spoke to. I got a quote online and then he called me and that was it. Then once I sent a screenshot of our initial email he says oh I do remember you but you said the quote was too high. Nope. Try again. Never said that. Just created extra unnecessary work for me because he apparently doesn’t know how to do his job correctly. Then when I go to call Allstate directly to cancel my insurance earlier than they were going to you can’t get through to anyone, the phone systems are down, whatever excuse they’re using for the day. Will never look into Allstate again for insurance in the future. I would give a 0/10 if possible.

  Do NOT trust this office. They hit my credit saying I never paid them a last car payment when I do not nor have I EVER had insurance with them. I was listed as a driver on someone else’s policy and they warranted that enough reason to hit my credit for someone else’s lack of payment despite me never signing a contract with them. I never signed a contract with this company, have never received mail or email from them. This is FRAUD. I have had a call in for the last 3 days and every time I am met with “we will get to the bottom of this” and then they never call back. When I called in today we were told “just pay it and it will fall off” JUST PAY IT? I don’t owe you it! Somebody else does. Paying it means I take ownership on my credit report for YOUR mistake! Absolutely not. Own your mistake and make it right ! No call from manager Brian McQuoid himself throughout all of this despite multiple messages left for him. The people in his office clearly have no idea how to solve the issue as they’ve stated they are unsure what to do multiple times. The woman I spoke with today also stated that they do not even have my phone number on file so clearly all the times they said they would call me back were a straight up lie! Do not work with this office!

  Mr. McQuoid sent a letter to our home with a photo of our property slapped across the envelope as well as an even larger, more clear photo inside with an insurance quote. This was not only UNWANTED, but it felt very invasive and we were repulsed by it. Whether they used public record images or not, I would never work with an agent that oversteps this much. Hopefully, they will take this feedback into consideration and adopt less predatory practices. Additionally, they aren’t even local to us, which made it even more obnoxious. Do better.

  here is my big thing for auto payment you guys try one time and then charge a crazy fee if the bank does not allow it or in my case i have to approve it except payment is always when i am sleeping and then my bank says nope. if you would try again 12 hrs later it might work. then i was quoted a price and i gave a bank card for auto payment that i knew wouldn’t have that issue but i paid with a different card to start policy and agent got it wrong and that policy was canceled so the next day i’m on the phone and get a totally different price. now i thought i had it all worked out but nope. my policy got canceled again and now i go from 120 to over 200 a month that is absolutely insane. i am better off investing that money and holding my own financial responsibility. your logo is fitting in the send you got your hands out looking for money those are not helping hands. those are the i need from you hands. dont believe me walk the streets of any city you will see the homeless got their hands out the same way. . in good hands i dont believe so at this point but i did give you guys a shot and i thought i would be happy. but as a service provider i have come to expect better service now!!
