  I want to say thank you to Sai Teja for all his help setting up my new phone. I came back a couple more times, and he helped me with a couple things I couldn't figure out. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about he was doing.

All details were clearly explained and he tried to help us get the best deal possible with my phone, our cell plan and our internet. We’ve been very happy with Cricket Wireless over the years and this latest visit did not disappoint!

  Mason provided great customer service, I told him what I wanted and he delivered. The transition from my previous provider to cricket went smooth. We even got new phones with all the accessories we wanted at a great price. The cricket cellular service is meeting all my expectations, and much more affordable than my previous provider.
