  We were away on vacation and I received a notification that one of my medicinal packages was delivered to this access point because I instructed any UPS package to be held here. This package required refrigeration until unpacked and placed in my refrigerator. Unfortunately, this location has no official cold storage ability. The employee I spoke to on the phone was kind enough to place my package in their personal refrigerator until I returned to pick it up. I picked it up today and the enclosed temperature indicator was not compromised. This location went above and beyond to keep my medicine intact and safe. I highly commend so those involved in keeping my expensive medicine viable. Thank you very much.
