  As far as deliveries go, UPS is by far the worst of the big three in our area. Store will charge you waaaay over their cost to print the packing slip, if you forget to bring it with you.

  We were away on vacation and I received a notification that one of my medicinal packages was delivered to this access point because I instructed any UPS package to be held here. This package required refrigeration until unpacked and placed in my refrigerator. Unfortunately, this location has no official cold storage ability. The employee I spoke to on the phone was kind enough to place my package in their personal refrigerator until I returned to pick it up. I picked it up today and the enclosed temperature indicator was not compromised. This location went above and beyond to keep my medicine intact and safe. I highly commend so those involved in keeping my expensive medicine viable. Thank you very much.
