  This guy Bill is professional, polite and humble, his service is awesome, I need to deliver my passport to somewhere and it was a bit anxiety producing since I’m not sure if they know how to deal with this, but my hesitation completely vanished after his help.

  I stopped by this FedEx location to ship an urgent package for work. The items were extremely heavy and fragile. I worked with Jessica who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. She helped me pack the items. I was very grateful for Jessica's help and she made my day! Thank you so much!
