  I came in to return a box in it's original package, without tape, not sure about where the labels should go. Charlea knew exactly what to do. She used a pouch and hooked me up. She is friendly and professional. This is a great UP$ store.

  As the sole proprietor of "Sustainable Comeups," a small online reselling store we never know what the next find will be, but nonetheless, I am always greeted and educated and leave with my shipping goals attained. I tend to go thru a whole process that just now,**epiphany!!**...apparently is an anxiety chain wrapped around my ankle. Whenever I exit the store, I let out a sigh of relief. Having this exact experience on a consistent basis over the course of many years , I know that whatever "Sustainable Comeups" need to ship, UPS has bar none great service that meets high expectations. I trust all our items without hesitation.
