  I was amazed at how kind, thoughtful and masterful this team was. I wanted to print almost 2-dozen copies of children’s artwork as a class keepsake, and everyone was extremely patient in reviewing the options with me, helping me strategize how to get the best product within budget, and communicating about quality concerns (I didn’t think about the fact that light-colored crayons and pencils wouldn’t copy well — I received a phone call immediately about this and we figured out a great work-around. I was shown proofs at this time to make sure everything was going to print as clearly and neatly as possible.) I definitely did not appreciate all of the nuances involved with this last-minute idea of a printing project, and the lovely team at Fed Ex was so patient and kind with every aspect of the process. Can’t recommend highly enough. (Obviously it’s also a great place to ship things, but I’ve never needed the hand-holding on that end. Overall, it’s just a great place to work with.

  Extremely poor customer service, especially over the phone, instead of helping they just ask same questions over and over, absolutely idiotic system.

  Excellent professional, polite, competent and hardworking employees. They truly know how to provide excellent customer service. I did not feel like the electronics that I was returning to work were going to be stolen by the store employees like I do at other FedEx locations.
