  The new employees are nice, but it takes so much longer every time I go to ship packages. I miss the guys that were there before the revamp! They were the best! Bring em back!!

  After mistakenly going to a FedEx that did NOT do document printing bc dumb Google said they did, I came here. The employees are SO NICE. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I will always come here to print stuff! (My dumb printer is broken and I have tried and can't fix it. :( ) Anyway, I highly recommend this UPS store.

  The owner (assuming he is) has no mannerism at all. It was an older man with glasses, he doesn’t know how to greet you and while taking my package he’s busy on his phone. Just snatched it and placing it on the scale. And the “here you go” for my receipt. After saying having a good one, he says nothing back. Yea, buddy if you own a business learn to have some manners. I feel bad for the people that are employed by you.

  Always closes early. Hours of operation are until 7pm. Closes before 630pm everyday.

  the shipping was terrible. the package was marked with arrows(6) pointing up and labeled up . the package was heavy (150) but was dumped at the delivery site driveway on its side. luckily only a small amount of damage was done. i paid alot of money to have it shipped ($410.03) and expected better care and service
