  I had a great experience at Advanced Auto parts. I especially want to recognize Jill who went above and beyond to help me. She was honest, thoughtful and changed my battery for me in the pouring rain which I truly appreciated. Customer service like this is rare these days. I would recommend this location because of employees like her.

  I came into Advanced Auto Parts on 9/11/2026 Friday to buy filters for my car. I came into the store and there was a guy my height (5’5) with dark hair and glasses. I am not too familiar with filter parts so I asked to guy at the counter where they were. He said in an annoyed voice and waving his arm towards the back “right along the wall”. I go towards the back and tried to find the book with the codes which I could not find. The guy at the counter saw me doing this and did not say anything and there was no one else in the store at the time. I then asked where the booklet was with the codes in which he replied “we don’t have a code book anymore and haven’t had them for years now”. I started to feel uncomfortable at this point since he seemed to be annoyed with me for not knowing. I then go up and ask for the code number for 2 different filters for my car and he seemed annoyed. He then started reading the codes off and i had to interrupt and say “I’m not gonna memorize that, I need a pen”. He then drops a pen right in front of me without even looking at me and seemingly with an attitude. I write the codes down and drop the pen on the counter without saying anything else. I go to look for the filters and it seems they were out of stock or maybe I could not find it. However, at this point, I did not feel comfortable at all asking for any other assistance from this guy at the counter. I decided to just leave the store, not purchase anything and go to Auto Zone in Perkasie, PA who were very pleasant and helpful. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this store.

  Trying to order a part and they love to give false promises about when it will come and waste time. Saying they order it when they don’t. Some staff is helpful some are rude like the manager

  Jill is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Most of the team working there are pretty amazing people . Been getting parts here for around a decade now. Always great at getting the best price also is possible

  Went to the store at 8:49 pm tonight they close at 9 I ordered my parts online so I wasn’t shopping just grabbing a fuel filter to finish up my job for the night and when I pulled in the guy at the counter literally hid from me in the back I knocked on the door until he finally revealed himself and came and opened the door I said it’s only 8:50 why are the doors locked and he got mad at me and said because I have to go and I said but the store is supposed to stay open until 9 he said ya but I have to go and then closes the door in my face and locked the door this store is constantly closing early because they want to go home early and I’m tired of it this is atleast the 5th time this has happened guess I’ll be returning my parts and ordering from auto zone which is right up the street and 10 times better than the dumpster fire this store has turned into.
