  Jill is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Most of the team working there are pretty amazing people . Been getting parts here for around a decade now. Always great at getting the best price also is possible

  Went to the store at 8:49 pm tonight they close at 9 I ordered my parts online so I wasn’t shopping just grabbing a fuel filter to finish up my job for the night and when I pulled in the guy at the counter literally hid from me in the back I knocked on the door until he finally revealed himself and came and opened the door I said it’s only 8:50 why are the doors locked and he got mad at me and said because I have to go and I said but the store is supposed to stay open until 9 he said ya but I have to go and then closes the door in my face and locked the door this store is constantly closing early because they want to go home early and I’m tired of it this is atleast the 5th time this has happened guess I’ll be returning my parts and ordering from auto zone which is right up the street and 10 times better than the dumpster fire this store has turned into.

  I'm new to doing my own repairs. Had to switch out my oil pressure sending unit. The one I got 4 of us tried and could not get it in. Took it back and Kim helped me double check that there was an issue with the threading. She immediately got it exchanged and got me on my way. Extremely patient and helpful team

  Freindly and Excellent Staff. Alan & Isaiah were phenomanal. Pricing is Great. The only reason I entered four stars out of 5 was because when the other rear wiper blade was orderd by another employee, he ordered the wrong one and they didn't have any in stock. Now they reorderd the correct blade and it will be in in a few days. They did put back the old wiper blade for me. My only suggestion is to try and keep more wiper blades in stock. The free installation is great. If I was to go to my dealer I would have paid and arm and a leg for the part. Thank you again, Isaiah and Alan. Edited update. Returned home called to see if the part was in and spoke with Jill who is the general manager. After some research the part number was wrong in their system. After some long hard work with some help from her associate Jill with her exceptional knowledge was able to rectify the problem and get the installation of the rear wiper blade to work properly. Jill went above and beyond to make sure this doesn’t happen to any other customers. Thanks Jill for being an asset to the Advance auto parts corporation and I want to change my Google review to 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
