  So you're just thinking this is a normal, run-of-the-mill Subway, right? That would be correct but it's execution is done perfectly! First, you'll notice the store is clean, orderly and well balanced. It has the early 2000's vibe with the tan brick wallpaper. I also enjoyed the assortment of canned and bottled beverages you do not normally see. Next, the server, Maddox, was professional, appropriate and expeditious. He made the sandwiches quickly, accurately and gave the appropriate portions. He did not skimp like some other places do. He followed all appropriate hygiene requirements without issue. Finally, the bathrooms - a bit weird to post but they were actually clean and in working order. I cannot tell you how many times you grab a quick bite and the restaurant, especially the bathrooms are atrocious. I spoke with Maddox after the fact regarding a customer who came in after me regarding an online coupon. He attempted to do everything he could but was unsuccessful. He did communicate it clearly that there is a disconnect between corporate-level coupons from online and what can be accepted in the store. Again, he was professional, articulate and as helpful as he could be. Next time I stop through Somerset, I would definitely come back.

  I came here last Tuesday on the 4th around 12:00 and found a dark brown wavy hair in my food which was the color of the girls hair that was making my sandwich. Was not very happy and will not be ordering from this location ever again. The girl who handed me my sandwich had an attitude and was rolling her eyes at me. The food was very soggy due to extra amount of sauce which I did not ask for and did not put extra vegetables on my sandwich like I asked for. I do not recommend coming to this Subway.

  Waited over 12 minutes in the drive through, had enough of that time wasted. 2 people and we have to wait over 15 mins. What a joke. If you wanna wait 30 mins for food, then just come here.

  Almost no seafood on my sub while the girl gets scolded by manager that she's putting too much on. Last time I come here.
