  love the carrier don’t care for the somerset location’s customer service! the lady there was super rude and horrible at giving information and told me she needed and I.D when i have my customer account pin and phone number plus the $25 payment (i have had the same number and been a cricket customer for about the last 10 years) I HAVE BROUGHT PHONES IN TO SWITCH MY NUMBER OVER TO ATLEAST 3 TIMES AND NEVER NEEDED AN I.D TO RECIEVE HELP.

  they get stars across the board , paul the manager helped me look for a phone i wanted and was patient w me and didnt push models i don't like ,their customer service there is beyond awesome and they care.... thanks paul for your help

  these associates were patient w me and wanted to understand what i wanted , i felt safe and respect there , i always recommend cricket..their staff is absolutely wonderful ..

  Samantha was very informative! My phone was only 4G so she was able to fix Google Maps with a bandaid fix. After a few days I went back to just take advantage of the great deal on a 5G phone. Customer for life!
