  My daughter and I stopped at this location when her car was acting up, being 2 hours away from home, we were basically stranded, not knowing anyone who could help us in a town of strangers. When we walked through the door Kelly had asked us how she could help, we told her what was going on, she checked everything out for us. In between customers, Daniel would step out and ask if he could help her in any way. Finally after spending 2 hours with us, checking everything out, going back over what the car was doing, Kelly said lets try replacing the battery. She got us checked out very quickly, put the new one in and told us to start it, it started right up. Kelly and Daniel are awesome at their jobs! Thank you Kelly and Daniel once again for everything that you both did for us that day!!

  Very disappointed with the customer service at Advance Auto Parts. I called multiple times, and the staff either hung up on me or answered very rudely without even listening to my question. This kind of unprofessional behavior and inaccurate inventory information is extremely frustrating. Customer service needs significant improvement.

  Listen. We drove for over 20 minutes on a bad alternator from Triadelphia to Somerset, PA and barely made it to the Advance Auto parts store. When we arrived, it was like we had entered a hospital ER and the whole team came out to help us. We received exceptional service from both Kelly and Daniel who, when I offered to compensate them, refused and said, "We just want to help people. That's what we're here for." They accurately diagnosed our bad alternator & charged my battery and helped us find a last-minute hotel to stay at! You can't get any better service than that! A++++ service from this store!!
