  My wife went through the drive thru I went in to wash my hands, I waited by restroom door for 10 minutes thinking it was occupied it was locked. Then a male with attitude told me I have to be a paying customer to use the restrooms, he finally came over and unlocked it. Regardless once my hand goes on the door handle before I order any food, the health Dept states that a restroom should be available to the public before they order any food wash their hands. All establishments that offer seating to the public must have at least 2 publicly available restrooms. The number of stalls/urinals provided shall meet the requirements of ACHD Article XV – Plumbing Code. All establishments shall provide employee restroom(s). Now I think there should be some retraining done before I inform the health Dept of this stores actions. Robert Logan P.S My family has been in the food service business for many years.
