  I was most disappointed with the young man who made my sandwiches on 7/13/2026 at approxiately 1:20PM. He was rude, short in tone and it was obvious that he did not want to do his job. If you are asking me what I want on sandwich, why be short with me? The sad part is the shorter man who rang my order up was pleasant, so this is not in any way a reflection on him. I don't understand for the life of me how people take a customer servie job, and are rude and disrespectful. Body language speaks volumes. The icing on the cake is when he cut the sandwiches, he wiped the knife with his gloved hand, but then proceeds to touch my sandwich when positioning it and wrapping it. Disappointed is being polite. 4790 Penn Avenue, Sinking Spring PA will not be visited again, but I would like to train this employee on how to dedliver customer service.   Ordered footlong veggie & a footlong tuna. Both the Sandwiches were overflowing with sauce-way too much sauce - it was all soggy and was very hard to eat. 2nd time they messed up my order. Never ordering my food here again.

  The place is beautiful love the update. I walked in and order my food on the screen station. After I swiped my card and got my drinks I was told they were out of the bread we ordered. That there was only wheat bread. I was frustrated because if I knew that I wouldn’t have paid for my food. Then when I got my food the sandwiches were just thrown together and they missed stuff from my order. When I told the girl I was missing stuff she was confused and ask what she missed. We then started eating and the food wasn’t the best. Then one of the employees dropped lettuce on the ground and pick it up and put in back in the case. Also the employees were back on there phones. I live 2 minutes away from this subway next time I’ll drive 10 minute away if I want subway because that wasn’t worth my money. I will never go there again!!
