  *update: I still did not get a call from the manager or the district manager. It has been a month.* The worker broke the arm of my windshield wiper, no apology. Another worker took my name and number down and told me the manager, Amy, would call me. I called their customer service number and they told me I would have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Advance did pay for it but the manager never called me.

  After a frustrating experience elsewhere, I came to this Advance Auto Parts location and had exactly the service I expect when dealing with car parts and maintenance. I explained that I needed my battery checked because I believed it was bad. The associate was extremely professional, tested it right away, and confirmed the battery was indeed bad. They were honest, knowledgeable, and helpful in discussing replacement options, and the battery was changed out with ease. They also took the time to answer every question I had, including checking pricing on another part and testing my starter and alternator just to be safe. The associate was patient, thorough, and clearly knew what they were doing. This is the level of service I expect when I walk into an auto parts store, and it’s the reason I’ll be returning to this location.
