  Good store for a wide selection of parts. But their customer service is subpar. I called and inquired about something. They put me on hold and gave me an answer to my question and immediately hung up on me before any conclusions could be met.

  They took forever to find a lightbulb for my headlight, and it wasn't even the right one. It worked, but it was supposed to be a different kind. And the guy who waited on me was ignorant. But, usually, I have a good experience.

  The people who work there are knowledgeable and helpful, I think Advance is in space with their prices, ten bucks is ridiculous for a battery terminal. People need to stop paying that and prices will come down

  We’ve been customers at Advance Auto since they opened more than 20 years ago and we ordered a AC kit for our customer’s truck and it did not come in with a switch that is needed to plug in the back. We went over to show the commercial manager That and he cursed us four letter words using very Profane language so we returned everything and went to a different auto parts store so we can get our customer back on the road. I do not recommend going to advanced auto in Shenandoah PA at all if you get cursed for showing the commercial manager, Fred a part that you need. It’s not worth going over there.STAY AWAY!!!! We will never step foot in that store ever again!!!!
