Worst advance auto to go to unless you want to grab something quick from the isles. I have had multiple issue here. I have ordered parts in the store and was the wrong part both times for two separate cars after given specific car details. Most of the workers there either don’t know what their doing or what their talking about and are unprofessional when providing services. Will not be coming back to this store anymore.

Good store for a wide selection of parts. But their customer service is subpar. I called and inquired about something. They put me on hold and gave me an answer to my question and immediately hung up on me before any conclusions could be met.

They took forever to find a lightbulb for my headlight, and it wasn't even the right one. It worked, but it was supposed to be a different kind. And the guy who waited on me was ignorant. But, usually, I have a good experience.

The people who work there are knowledgeable and helpful, I think Advance is in space with their prices, ten bucks is ridiculous for a battery terminal. People need to stop paying that and prices will come down
