  It's always clean and stocked but the staff are not so great. I went in to pick up my pre-order and no one greeted me for 10 mins , nor were they behind the counter. Then finally they asked what they could get me and I mentioned that I was waiting for my order already, which was due at the same time for pickup. They said they never got it , asked if the address was right. Yep. So they checked the computer, printed it and then quickly made it. She just left it on the counter for me to grab and laughed as I was walking out bc she assumed I ignored her fake "have a good day" smirk. If you're gonna have one staff working, sure, but they should at least listen for the door chime. It's been often that no one comes out from the back for a few mins.

  Employee was rude with a nasty attitude for no reason and laughed when told about herself. First time here and will never be back. I’d suggest getting better employees that aren’t rude to paying customers. Grown woman rude to teenagers & a child when they were being polite. If you hate your job that much please quit ! And she was hitting a vape around the food and blew it out.
