  I bought my phone from the cricket in the Susquehanna Valley Mall which I regret they lied to me about how many months do I have to pay 60 bucks a month the next libertarian they originally said 2 months and I went back in and they said now its 3 months and they were very unhelpful and any technical questions I would ask other than that the fact I would not be buying Cricket if I had to do it over again

  I went into the store to start a service with them. I took them my old phone and they did their test and said that my phone was compatible with their service. I paid for the service and they set my phone up. They went to test it and it could not make calls. They then proceeded to try to fix it with no success. They told me i had to call customer service. After an hour on the phone with customer service and the store employee nothing was fixed. Customer service said to have them give me the free phone. The employee and manager both told me i would have to start a whole new service and pay for it and "Eat the cost of the first phone setup." So in conclusion they gave me a phone that didnt work and said too bad, leave. I ended up having to pay another $50 dollars just to get an new phone. They told me they couldnt give me a refund because its "prepaid". Terrible company, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
