  Food was very amazing for my first time got a 20pc boneless. Went on Wednesday night. Surprisingly there was only one young boy in the kitchen others were talking in the back. He made sure the orders were getting out on time. Highly recommend coming. Dont understand why there is so many bad reviews.

  This place is so freaking slow!!! They had four orders ready for pickup that were sitting there the whole 25 minutes that I was waiting to pick up my food. My order was on the screen as ready then it disappeared and I asked them and they're like oh yeah we're making fresh fries. For whatever reason that took them 25 minutes. NEVER AGAIN!

  I've come to this location multiple times before and NEVER had a bad experience since they opened. Today I received my order and it wasn't until we got home we realized part of the order was missing. Honestly at first I was a little disappointed I didn't get my sweet treat at the end of my meal but in my opinion it was really not a big deal this normally doesnt happen plus i recieved every other part of my order. I will say the customer service at this location is FANTASTIC ! I submitted feedback stating I didn't recieve the item back in the app and I don't even think it was an hour later and a very nice lady personally called me to make things right. The staff here is very kind and even if there is a mistake (which rarely happens in my experience) they do take ownership and correct things. Great customer service, great food, and a great location. Shout-out to the staff
