I want to give shout-out to Brooke. I got a sandwich today and when I came in there were already two people ahead of me and at least two online orders she was juggling. By time the people in front of me were done, there were about four people in line behind me, line almost out the door, and at least three more online orders had come in. Brooke kept hustling and still got me in and out quickly, and didn't seem to be breaking a sweat in a situation where I personally would be very stressed out. She held her ground and just kept chugging through the line and balanced doing the online orders fairly with taking the people physically in the store. I wish she had someone there to help her but she can hold her own!
I also want to commend this store for its commitment to improving their craft. It's easy to look at it like it's just a sandwich but I've seen them revise their process in a way that makes me feel like they really care about what they're doing. They've started putting the cheese on before the meat, which toasts better, and putting the sauces on before the veggies so that it doesn't splat out everywhere when they close the bread. Simple changes, but ones they've committed to that make a difference. I don't know if that's a corporate move or a franchise one but either way, the folks that work here do seem to care about the quality of their work and to care about the people they serve.

The food was good. What you would expect from a subway. The ingredients tasted fresher than you would probably typically get at a location.
The service was good as well but nothing spectacular.
The atmosphere was okay it was the typical interior. The bathroom was a little disappointing with it being fairly dirty and needing repairs.

Subway is delicious, sure, but the great customer service when i visit is what makes me want to stop by! Thanks Crystal, you deserve a raise!

The subs were excellent. Everything seemed fresh. The worker seemed overwhelmed with online orders on top of people coming in. Maybe should have more workers in store instead of just one. I would go back to this location. Dining area was clean and so where the restrooms.
