  I always give good reviews but I absolutely can not do that this time around! Not only were we not greeted or acknowledged upon entry but we were ignored for a good 10 min while they made what im guessing were online orders. No "hello", no "welcome", no "i will be with you shortly"...Just ignored. When they FINALLY got to us the sandwich maker was rude and impatient. They refused to sell us the cup upgrade strictly because they couldn't figure out how too. The tables were ALL dirty and the bathroom was even worse!!! I took pictures cause it was by far one of the nastiest bathrooms I've been in...the sink was as dirty as the toilet so I didn't even wash my hands! Just terrible!! SO disappointed 😞

  I love this Subway. Everyone is always so friendly there. There are others close to where I live but I always go to this one. Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and engaging with all customers. Worth the extra drive definitely

  skylar needs to be fired. i have absolutely never had a good experience with him, and thursday takes the cake. my boyfriend went in to get a sub and skylar treated him so poorly that he left feeling so small. disgusting attitude, unsanitary food practices, and generally should not be working with the public. we will absolutely never be returning. not to mention management is disrespectful as well, so i dont expect anything to be done about him. but just a warning, if you come here, turn right back around out the door if these people start treating you poorly souly bc they have to do their job (the HORROR!) ive never had a good experience with this location ever.

  I want to give shout-out to Brooke. I got a sandwich today and when I came in there were already two people ahead of me and at least two online orders she was juggling. By time the people in front of me were done, there were about four people in line behind me, line almost out the door, and at least three more online orders had come in. Brooke kept hustling and still got me in and out quickly, and didn't seem to be breaking a sweat in a situation where I personally would be very stressed out. She held her ground and just kept chugging through the line and balanced doing the online orders fairly with taking the people physically in the store. I wish she had someone there to help her but she can hold her own! I also want to commend this store for its commitment to improving their craft. It's easy to look at it like it's just a sandwich but I've seen them revise their process in a way that makes me feel like they really care about what they're doing. They've started putting the cheese on before the meat, which toasts better, and putting the sauces on before the veggies so that it doesn't splat out everywhere when they close the bread. Simple changes, but ones they've committed to that make a difference. I don't know if that's a corporate move or a franchise one but either way, the folks that work here do seem to care about the quality of their work and to care about the people they serve.
