  There’s an older man working here who is extremely rude and has a very bad attitude toward customers. I came here to return COMCAST equipment, and after scanning it multiple times, he kept asking me what it was. I explained that it was COMCAST equipment that I needed to return, but I wasn’t sure what the specific equipment was for. He told me that I had to tell him exactly what it was, and then he simply walked away to help other customers, leaving me there without any assistance. I understand that employees may need specific information to process a return, but the way he treated me was very rude and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

  I did a print job for a surprise birthday party. I had a great experience here. The manager/staff were very nice with great attitudes. The work was superior, and the store was spotless. Highly recommend!

  when I requested a copy of the reciept to be emailed to me, they were going to CHARGE me for a EMAIL? really, ? This store has no idea what customer service is. As by seen in the past history of these reviews they CHARGE for anything that is done that would be Normal Customer service related issues. Be careful when using this store, they might charge you a admission to enter the store in the future, or for the air you breath while inside it....it is ILLEGAL as per my Bank to charge to get a copy of a reciept for a card or bank action that they have processed. they are REQUIRED by law to provide it upon request This was also verified with UPS customer service that they are operating in a manner that is not allowed by UPS guidelines. they are NOT allowed to charge for a reciept that is emailed .They have to provide it FREE of charges . There is no discussion on that or excuses to be given. Any excuses are NOT valid according to UPS Corperate Customer service number. The person that stated she could do that identified herself as the manager of the store . AVOID this location . UPCHARGING for a copy of a reciept is NOT allowed by UPS , not matter what excuses this store location gives,they are stealing money for services they are NOT allowed to charge for.. Thier attitude for the lack of care is exemplified by looking at thier store front that was run into over 6 months ago. It is still boarded up and looks like they do not care about appearances or customer service . That could have been fixed by ANY glass shop for commercial businesses MONTHS ago.... UPDATE >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Keith , the person who was very helpful when i shipped this at that location , called me to get me the copy of the document I requested. He did not charge me. The manager , however , was the one that had insisted there would be a charge . The orginal complaint stands, as it shows very poor customer service to Corperate UPS , and reflects on that franchise UPS Store very poorly as to how they handle issues., and will be part of the franchise reviews . Her employee Keith has 100% better customer service skills than the manager/owner has.

  The UPS sale associates here are extremely helpful and kind. I had come in for a notary. I also had a few questions and they helped me navigate the process and made it very easy.
