  Very unprofessional employee working at this Lancaster Plaza Subway. He closed down the subway well before the posted closing time of 8 PM. The subway “open” sign was illuminated in the window and the hours of operation that were posted on the door clearly stated that they were open until 8 PM. I arrived at 7:40 PM and asked if they were open and I saw that he had already shut down the entire restaurant, there was no food displayed in the cases. He said “We are closed.” When my husband asked, “Why is your sign still lit up that says open and why do your hours say that you’re open until 8 PM?” And the worker stopped making eye contact and did not reply. My husband posted a Google review of this Lancaster Plaza subway location and somehow the business was able to remove his review describing this negative experience. I do not recommend this Ronks, PA Subway and want future customers to know about the negative experience we had at this location.

  Rude, and horrible service. Got the sandwich wrong as well! Won’t be going there again!
