  Dropped off valuable package there, hasn’t been scanned or seen since 3 days ago. Either this store or the ups driver stole it. Owner or Manager should go back and check the cameras to see what happened. When I reached out and asked to speak to someone in charge they brushed me off to a kid who had no idea what to say. Never again will I go there.

  Typical ups store usually in and out in minutes. Twice in 4 months I arrived to the store 15 minutes after it’s supposed to open and it’s not open. It’s clearly the employees not getting there on time. Some employees are friendly, some have headphones in and don’t greet you. Not that it matters for a quick Amazon return but worth noting not to show up at opening unless you want to risk waiting.

  The store location is so convenient but the kids working there are not the kindest. Never a smile or friendly greeting. They are more into having conversations with each other in Hindi. Definitely makes for an awkward experience. Will go back to using the Southampton location!

  Typically short wait time & love the convenience of the store being in Richboro with good open hours.
