  Convenient location. But years of going here, I've always been treated rudely by staff. Any of my questions have been met with attitude immediately.

  Just went in with my Amazon returns that require "no box, no label" and the lady at the counter tells me that I have to pay for a boxes for 2 of my returns. She tells me that one of the boxed will be $15...I walked out with both returns and called Amazon, which said I shouldn't be charged because it was a "no box, no label" return.

  Customer service is lacking to say the least. I only come here because of convenience otherwise I would recommend giving someone else your business. Seriously if you can't even acknowledge people when they come in your store why do you work with the public 🤔 Do wayyyy better.
