It took a long time to get my order. I think the location needed another worker for the dinner rush. The location was also out of a lot of items. However, the staff was friendly and the sandwiches were tasty.
I stopped at this Subway this morning, and the entire experience was incredibly unprofessional.
When I walked in, another customer came in right behind me. One employee was sitting at a table eating, which I assumed was her break—and that was completely fine. The other employee was behind the counter finishing a personal phone conversation with what sounded like her boyfriend or husband, ending with several “I love yous.”
She clearly saw the two of us standing there waiting. Instead of simply saying, “Hi, someone will be right with you,” she completely ignored us and continued working directly in front of us for what felt like five very long minutes. No hello. No acknowledgment. Not even eye contact.
Eventually, without looking at us, she called over to the employee who had been eating and asked her to come help us. So the employee who appeared to be on her break had to get up and take care of the customers while the other employee continued what she was doing.
Then her phone rang. She loudly let out a curse word in front of the customers and disappeared into the back.
As if the customer service wasn’t disappointing enough, I went to get a drink and mentioned that the root beer looked like it was running out. I was told, “Yeah, we’re out of root beer.” The woman behind me then tried to order ham and was told they were out of ham as well.
I understand that restaurants run out of things. I understand employees need breaks. What I don’t understand is completely ignoring customers standing directly in front of you, carrying on personal phone conversations, cursing in front of customers, and then pulling another employee away from her meal to handle the customers you chose not to acknowledge.
The woman who appeared to be in charge had blonde hair and tattoos on her neck. If she is in a management position, some additional training in basic customer service and professionalism would be very beneficial.
A simple “Good morning, someone will be right with you” takes five seconds. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience for walking into a business and trying to spend their money there.
Unfortunately, this was just a really disappointing experience from beginning to end.

Eat Fresh? Veggies were the worst i have ever seen. Wilted lettuce, discolored onions and tomatoes? I know its labor day and everyone should have off, but if i come in and spend $11 on a sub, i don't want veggies that have been sitting in containers that still have ice on them... won't be coming back here.

I'm a frequent customer , I stop before work at least once a week. The place is always spotless and the service is very good. Emma and Hunter are always busy taking care of the place and their customer service is very welcoming. I'm always happy to see them , they work very well together and are very friendly. Thank you both, I'm always in a rush to work and you never mind it. Great service.!
Make sure not to order from door dash, they forgot my chips and cookie after I paid for if
