  The service at this store is impeccable and well-managed. I bought a new phone (iPhone 16e) two days ago and home internet. An amazing gentleman named Sri helped me set up this phone and gave me guidance to set up the home internet. I must say I am really happy with it so far :). If I need a new device or another service I would definitely come back.

  Just spent the morning with Sri at the Red lion store and he set me up with a new phone and explained everything and I'm very very happy!

  I really hate to do this but feel I must. I am doing this for a friend/roommate who just got screwed over by cricket. We went in over a month ago as we both needed help with Separate things. He asked to be placed on automatic payment and was put on that. I warned him as to why I have never done that with my phone. Please keep in mind that my roommate is not Internet savy at all. Well, just this weekend. He was booted from the automatic payment without stating why. Anyway, so he made his payment the old way and had a confirmation text or email as proof. Then he began receiving warnings that his phone had now been disconnected and he now owed $73.00. So, they refused to do it over the phone and made him come in. They said that the phone could be turned back on for a $15.00 fee! Not $5 and bare in mind that he had proof that he had paid already. Yes they've seen the messages. I have never had problems but then again I don't trust autopay worth a damn. Congratulations, you ripped off a senior citizen for $15! That's another thing. You need to offer senior citizens a discount!

  Decent place to work and also to buy from good prices for the most part. The staff always do their best to help you the best they can. For the prices they are not to bad of a company.
