  Everyone is always pleasant, helpful and patient with everyone that comes in. They do great job explaining if someone comes in with the wrong Amazon return option. It’s my preferred return location!

  This UPS store (5th Street Highway)offers excellent customer service. No matter who happens to be at the counter, everyone is very helpful and they go above & beyond, especially when you run into glitches. Keep up the great work guys!

  Dropped a packaged phone return off and tracked it a week later and it shows to have never left the store. Another phone was dropped off here awhile before, and it showed to have never left the store but it ended up 20 min away laying along my road. I found the owner to the stolen phone and this is the store he dropped it off at and it went missing right after it was checked in. The store told me the packages don't get scanned into the truck when they leave the store, but UPS managment says they do. Both phones were never scanned as proof they left the store so that says a lot. Seems ironic this happened to two phones now. This store can't be trusted.
