  Store Manager DHAVAL PATEL was extremely rude, very morose, nasty attitude and have terrible customer service. I was next in line after waiting 10 minutes in line to get something notarized. I was asked to sit and he'll be right with me. I'm thinking he'll be right over because DHAVAL didn't say he had to get the line down. So after taking 3 other customers, I asked him what's going on, DHAVAL answered and said, he had to get the line down with much anger in his voice and then replied, do you even have a appointment. I answered yes and he asked to see it. DHAVAL came over to where I was sitting and I asked him for his name and the corporate office info/number. DHAVAL replied by saying, go somewhere else and get your paperwork notarized with a very morose attitude. Racism at it's best coming from THE UPS STORE on 5th street highway. DHAVAL treated all the Caucasian customers with respect and came to me with disrespect. Still will be contacting customers service, the FCC and the Better Business Bureau

  The guy working the counter yesterday was the absolute worst person I’ve ever dealt with in my life extremely rude even insulting me because he mumbles and I can’t understand anything he said.

  I have been to this location a few times now. Never had friendly service. Today was by far the worst. Christopher had a big attitude. If you dislike your CUSTOMER SERVICE job that much, maybe you should find a new job instead of treating customers like they are a bother!!!

  Went there for fingerprinting, had an appointment, but they said the person who does that wasn’t there. We had already paid, and insisted we had an appointment and took off time from work to be there, so they did it and they screwed it up and were unable to properly use the machine, blamed it on our fingers to boot. Very unprofessional, bizarre experience.

  When to this store for a returned and was charged $9.87 for a box, it was supposed to be free delivery and free packaging, the sales associate that was there just rush me out no explanation just said I had to pay for my box he didn’t want to hear it. So just go prepare I try showing him that email that stated it was included in my return he didn’t want to hear it.
