  This is my "Go To" UPS store. I ship stuff regularly here and all the staff members are very nice! Morgan is especially helpful! She gets 5 Stars!!

  Extremely rude employee. March 31st aroud 12:20 pm I ws dropping off a prepaid UPS groundsaver package. I walked up to the counter, there was no one else in the store. The employee was sitting towards the back of the store. She seemed bothered to get up from the chair and told me to use the self service kiosk. I tried to use it and it would not scan. I came back to the counter and again she seemed bothered to get up from the chair. I told her the self service wouldn't work for me and she replied that I was doing it wrong and try again. I replied you are not doing anything, do your job, scan the package and give me a receipt. She replied that she was busy with a customer (on her cell phone?) She finally scanned the package and threw it down on the counter and gave me the receipt. All time she used being rude took more time than just scanning the package and giving me the receipt. This wasn't the first time this worker was rude. I will go to the Douglassville Pennsylvania UPS Store from now on.
