  I hate that fedex doesn't allow me to just hold at location and I'm not sure why this location is so hidden on maps. I got great service here after my delivery was not delivered because it needed signature. I came around 6pm after the trucks redocked and was able to pickup my package.

  They have moved but have not updated the web site to new location nor put a sign out at the old location.

  I would not recommend this Ship Center. A priority overnight package with perishable contents took over 3 days to deliver, despite promptly arriving at this facility - it simply sat inside this facility for over 2 days. Think twice about using Fed Ex for important, time-sensitive packages if it will ship through this Center. Customer Service at this Center in trying to locate and retrieve my severely-delayed package was also quite lacking.

  This place they have to review it completely, starting with the manager and his employees, people with any kind of background can not work there, since they know all the bad tricks to circumvent the system, steal packages and who knows if I never trust them anymore, since they always have an excuse and I can see this by people who have passed my same experience (they do not check the trucks, they always lose the packages in a strange way, there is always delay, the packages arrive. Badly packed, how the hell can I or someone else trust a company that goes through all these kinds of situations? Re-establish the staff completely or teach a lesson to the one who makes all these situations happen.
