  ⭐️ Extremely Disappointed with FedEx Service I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with FedEx today. I ordered a camera that cost over $1,000, and I specifically paid an additional $40 for signature confirmation because of the value of the package. The package was supposed to be delivered today. According to the tracking information, FedEx marked the package as delivered at 11:22 AM and claimed that I signed for it. THIS IS NOT TRUE. I never received the package, and I never signed for anything. I immediately went outside to check, searched around my property, and even checked with my neighbors. The package was nowhere to be found. I went in person to the FedEx location around 12:10 PM to ask if someone could contact the driver and to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was on lunch. I was given phone numbers for Tyler or Kyle. I called around 1:00 PM and was told they were still unavailable. I went back to the location around 2:00 PM, and neither manager was there. What made the situation even more frustrating was being told that the people who coordinate the drivers may leave early—one apparently works from 6 AM to 11 AM, while others take extended lunch breaks and then go home. Meanwhile, I have now missed an entire day of work trying to locate a package that FedEx claims was delivered and signed for when it was not. Now I am being told to check again around 4–5 PM when the drivers return. But what happens if the driver says they delivered it? Who is responsible for investigating a package worth over $1,000 that was supposedly signed for by someone who never signed for it? This is completely unacceptable. I paid extra specifically to ensure that my package required MY signature, yet FedEx marked it as signed and delivered without me receiving or signing for it. Horrible service and absolutely no sense of urgency or accountability. I expect FedEx to investigate this immediately, identify who supposedly signed for my package, determine where it was delivered, and take responsibility for resolving this situation.

  Ignorant delivery drivers. REPEATEDLY leaving packages on the steps where it can be stollen. Not on the porch and not in the GIANT DELIVERY BOX MARKED "FEDEX" embarrassing

  The worst ...this place among other fedex ground stations are unbelievably bad they must have had a change in command because fedex was never this terrible, drivers are lazy and it dont seem to matter when you get your package UPS out ranks this company by far
