  Bought a new battery for my car two weeks ago. Two days ago my car began showing a low battery signal. I took it to a local shop and on my way there I lost my radio, air conditioner, and power steering. I had the local shop look at the car they said that they tested the battery and it had a dead cell so they replaced the Die Hard battery I bought from Advanced Auto parts. They gave me that battery back to warranty it out. I then went back to give the battery back to Advanced Auto parts and I told him the situation he said well I can not give you money back on a battery all I can do is give you a new one if its tests that its bad. He tested the battery it came back good. His response was well all you have to do is charge it…like I have a charger lying around at home. At this point I want to be over and done with getting screwed and willing to just get rid of the battery just so I do not have to see it and he refuses to take it. So now I am stuck with a dead battery with $200 plus bill. Horrible policy and terrible customer service. DO NOT buy batteries from here they are a bunch of crooks. I will not ever spend money at and Advanced Auto parts ever again!

  Been using this location as my primary supplier for my shop. Reuben, Kirby, Eileen, John and all the rest of staff have been amazing. Fast, efficient service to keep my shop running smoothly. Eric the sales representative has been amazing bas well. Many reasons why I'm sticking with Advance Auto. Highly recommend!
