I have never been to a subway where I was not able to add onions or peppers to my order, even when offering to pay extra. You can pay extra for bacon or avocado, but I was not allowed to add onions or peppers to my wrap. Ridiculous.

Walked into subway last night around 9:27 and asked the worker behind the counter if he had everything packed up and he told me yes that they were closing. The sign said they were open until 10pm.

Walked in at 8:20PM I looked online this place closes at 9 and I walked up to the girl at the counter and she looks at me dumbfounded and goes “we are closed” and I said “but you guys close at 9.” And she said “yeah but I already started cleaning my stuff so we’re closed.” Not sure what changed in food service from when I worked it but when you close at 9 that means 9 not 8:30 not 8:45.
