  The girls there were incredible. They asked everything that I wanted and I went down the list.....She remembered everything I told her. Amazing these days. Very nice, they greeted everyone that came in

  If there's 0 star, this store deserve 0 instead of 1. My husband ordered a footlong and was forced to leave 15% tip even it's for take out, we're fine to leave tip however not in this way. When we asked the owner why it doesn't show customize tip, the owner said the POS amount was not right, we'll only be charged at the original sandwich price without tip. However 3 days later, when we checked our credit card statement, it showed the amount with 15% tip, exactly same as POS machine. THIS SHOP IS CHEATING CUSTOMER ON TIP. PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO YOUR RECEIPT.

  The last two times that I went there, the teenagers behind the counter acted really annoyed that they had to make a sandwich for me. And the girl doing the Bretzels didn't care about me waiting. I guess I was lucky that someone was dragging their feet out of the kitchen to help me. I will certainly not go there again.

  This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. Lori was working behind the counter today. Very rude no customer service skills at all. Just stood there and stared at you until you told her how to do the job. I will never visit this store again
