  Was told by an employee it’s illegal to ship money in a birthday card, which is completely inaccurate wasted my time and money going here to be turned away by an employee who doesn’t even know federal law. The bald guy there with earrings needs to be fired. He doesn’t know what he’s doing.

  They charge you a $2.65 "screw you for not owning a printer" fee. Go to staples instead.

  I was worried about my package and so I called and even tho the wait was very long I has a AWSOME customer service rep named HARSH that went out of his way to assure me that my packages were being delivered to the right address and that they were on the way I so appreciate him taking his time not rushing me off the phone and listening to my worries and puttingvmy mind at ease. because the last thing I want to do is worry about my packages the day before valentines day! Thanks Again HARSH!!!
