  Christina with Kelly Agency was fantastic, she was extremely helpful in ensuring that my coverages remained the same or better all while saving me $62 a month! Highly recommend, if you want someone that isn’t just in it for the sale but making sure the customer is taken care of and receiving the best insurance for your dollar. She is your girl!

  Daniela was fantastic not only was she personable, but she explained everything very thoroughly and made sure. I completely understood the changes to my policy. I had called yesterday early in the morning close to when they first opened and left a voicemail and unfortunately nobody was able to get back to me, however, by About 7 o’clock last night I received an email from her answering all my questions from my voicemail and letting me know so sorry about the delay in response. To me the fact that she went that mile to make sure I had some type of correspondence within the same day was very helpful and she thoroughly answered all of my questions through the email that I relayed over the voicemail. I would recommend Allstate to many people, but especially my branch if they could because anybody I’ve ever spoken to there, especially Daniela is very friendly.
