  Gisela is kind, attentive, and informative when it comes to my needs and concerns. She openly and willingly made sure she found and provided me with the best quote/price available. She made it clear that between an old system and a new system I could benefit, and I did. Not only do I feel that I got an upgrade in my insurance coverage but I also got an upgrade in my insurance agent. I am pleasantly pleased with our outcome due to her dedication to her job.

  "Rachel" has called me 4 times in the last 2 hours stating that she has a quote ready for me. I have never requested a quote from your agency or Allstate. I told her that this must be fraud, and she responded with "oh. well while I have you on the line, are you interested?" I have no idea how you got my information, but I will be reporting your agency if she calls me again.
