  Me and my fiancé came in to just talk about phone plans and phones and they had to offer. After speaking with Joel he showed us a bunch of phones and explained a lot about each manufacturer. After talking with him some more I liked what he had to offer and was saying so we want with cricket. Never had them before but after speaking with Joel for a long time he made me feel comfortable with him and the store plus the whole company as a whole. He is such a great guy and helped set up are phones and made everything smoothly. If you have cricket or want to get a new phone plan I recommend going to the cricket in Pottstown and going Wednesday - Sunday so you can have Joel he knows his stuff. 100 out of 100 the man he rocks.

  We were in today looking for a phone plan for 2 people. Joel was absolutely amazing. He answered all our questions and we ended up walking out with 2 iPhones. Joel is an amazing employee. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this store.

  Joel was so kind, literally the poster board for customer service. He helped me with my service and not only that pointed me in the right direction to setup other things as well. He goes above and beyond. I've worked retail my whole life, and there's not many people like this left. Definitely be coming back for more! Thank you

  Went there to get a sim for my new phone, was helped immediately by Melvin. He was patient and quick, was done in just a few minutes. Great experience overall.
