  I'm tired of paying for my bills and getting a confirmation number and then my service getting suspended for more money and then calling the store only to get charged $10 for Assistance from the store clerk. next month the same thing happens and again calling the store only to be told to call 611 that they'll help the issue. if these clerks think I'm going to put up with a service that acts like that grow up and do the job your payed to do and lay off the Facebook

  I got a new phone so I needed to stop at this Cricket location to transfer to a new eSIM. Aaron was great! He was helpful and friendly. He got it done quickly and gave me good advice about my new phone and my old phone. I highly recommend this location for great service from Aaron.
