  Kasia at Tom Birks' Allstate office was a genuine help I came in expecting a small saving and left with better coverage for half the price. Kasia took the time to walk me through my existing policy, showed me where I was underinsured, and put together a quote that cut my premium by half every six months — while raising my liability limits significantly and lowering my deductibles. What I appreciated most was that she answered every question clearly, including the ones about discounts and start dates, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She also made sure I was properly listed as a driver, which I'd nearly overlooked. If you're with Allstate or thinking about switching, ask for Kasia. Five stars.

  My experience was amazing. My agent Alex was great! He made sure I got the best rate and I'm so glad I was able to connect with him because I am saving a lot of money!! He was patient and kind and worked around my crazy schedule. We were able to get everything done and I can breathe a bit easier now! Don't hesitate to use this agency and when you go ask for Alex!!

  I have had the pleasure of working with Kasia Fox at Tom Birks Allstate office, and I am extremely pleased with the entire process. Kasia is extremely knowledgeable, very easy to work with, very patient, and very responsive. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood before moving on to the question I had. I never felt rushed or pressured. I highly recommend Kasia and this office for all of your insurance needs.

  Abraham Hannigan; who is the gentleman who assisted me with changing my former auto insurance to Allstate, is not only completely knowledgeable about Allstate insurance but communicated to me efficiently so I could understand it thoroughly. In addition Abraham listened intently to my particular situation (both financially and socially) and provided me with a plan that provides myself and my family with entirely better protection and also saved me money on my monthly payment. Abraham spoke to me like a friend and honestly now I’m consider him one; this and his knowledge overall lead to me to change to Allstate. I appreciate that you at Allstate employ such good people and am glad to now have you covering me behind the wheel. Thank you.
