  I walked into Mr. Khuller's office without an appointment last week to address a billing issue I had been trying to resolve for more than a month. Mr. Khuller and his team were very welcoming and quickly resolved the matter before leaving. He also kindly reimbursed the fees that were unfairly charged to my account. EXCELLENT Customer Service- Thank You!

  We have been with allstate for over 30 years. Customer servive is exceptional no matter if on the phone or online. Our experience has been outstanding. That's why we have always been with Allstate. They have been there for us.

  Overall, it was not a positive experience. When a problem came up, I didn’t feel supported and had to handle it by myself. That lack of assistance made the situation more stressful than it needed to be.
