  Went on 6/16 to schedule a pick up. Was informed they cant schedule picks up "because they system wont let them". This may be the case but this is a multinational company and to not be able to PAY MONEY for them to pick up a package is wild. They had me call customer service myself to try and clear the issue up. They should have done this. Set it up for me. Thats customer service. I even offered to pay extra for the pick up as I had already prepaid for the label. Just poor service. Poor system. If you need anything beyond a simple heres my package send it here Id go elsewhere.

  I usually don’t have anything good to say about FedEx but this time I can’t say enough good. All of the employees at this location were so friendly and kind. I have to shout out one specifically, Dawilkin. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He was patient and came up with an unconventional solution. I cannot say enough about what a fantastic employee he is. And I must say, I’ve not ever been to a FedEx location where all of the employees have been so helpful and nice.
