  Im a dasher and currently watching the workers make my order. They are sitting on the tables/counters where food is prepared and playing on their phones. Unprofessional and unsanitary

  I am very irritated. I ordered 2 of the 20 piece family bundles, as well as a sandwich combo on the wingstop app last night. It cost me almost $65. I recieved a different person's order, that consisted of corn and a chicken sandwich. So someone pretty much got $65 worth of free food. I called the store immediately and they told me I had to order a ranch to get my correct order. I did that, but it was not enough to place an order. I had to place a $15 order. They called me back and said to cancel it because they couldn't get it delivered to me and that I would be refunded. I noticed today they charged me TWICE for the initial order and refunded it ONCE. And they refunded the $15 order. When I called again, the manager pretty much told me it isn't his problem and that they did not charge me twice. All this, while I was staring at my bank account. It is ashame because I order from them quite often. And now I don't think I will ever be ordering from them again.
