  Dropped off 2 packages yesterday. 1 is showing tracking movement and the other is not. I called to check in and see why this may be the case and the customer representative I talked to was rude, dismissive and downright nasty. Told me to call corporate - when I simply asked if this is something that happens sometimes and possibly a system error they cut me off and told me to call corporate again. Just extremely rude and dismissive. I remained calm. I just wanted to see what the issue was with a package that I dropped off to your store, I don't need to be demeaned or talked down to. I won't be back. I truly hope that her day gets better because this is simply a disrespectful way to run a business.

  Left me standing in the rain at a min after 5 with a prepackaged item that would have taken a min to scan and receive. They were still serving customers. Thanks alot.

  Absolutely the worst ..... The owner is self centered , condescending, rude and money hungry. He doesn't care about employees or customers just the almighty dollar in his pocket. Id go anywhere miles and miles away before id ever go there again. Some of his staff are grumpy and rude but thats probably because they work for him. Also while there overheard a distraught customer that sent something from there that cost over 10,000 and it was never received. And the staff didnt care, in fact they found it humorous over that poor man's loss. Owner is arrogant, pompous and condescending. He doesn't care about people he cares about how much money he has in his pockets
