  The store manager packed a fragile object so haphazardly that it arrived shattered and irreparably damaged, despite assuring me they are qualified to pack and ship antiques. The box was full of empty space and did not adequately fill it with bubble wrap, which i paid for. He was extremely rude over the phone and refused to offer any kind of apology, and would not assist in filing an insurance claim, purchased at the store.

  I work in RIDC Park for a company that I work in shipping and receiving. I always use this store as its close to my job. When I frequent this store I always have a pleasurable experience with the staff. They may have there own bad days but the service they provided was always friendly and kind even with my worse packages. Recently found that you can buy stamps there and mail it. Super convenient as I had to go to the post office. I thank you all for your hospitality. Better than any of their competitors that i have to deal with from time to time. I always use UPS.
