  I was shipping a relatively expensive item, and went out of my way to send it from this location because of the positive reviews. I was helped by Tyler who was polite and efficient, and patiently answered my questions. I felt much more at ease after the interaction. (Needless to say, the item arrived without incident.)

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I walked in with over 80 Amazon return packages. Not a typo. Eighty-plus boxes and bags, multiple trips from the car, the kind of return pile that makes you apologize before you even reach the counter. The staff here didn't blink. They were patient, organized, and genuinely kind the entire time, scanning every single QR code, sorting everything into the right shipments, and double-checking that each return got its receipt. They even kept their sense of humor about it, which honestly made a stressful errand feel easy. This is what customer service is supposed to look like. If you have one package or a hundred, this is the UPS Store to use. This crew has earned my business for life, and they'll earn yours in one visit. Shout out to TJ… he was so kind and the one who keeps me coming back!💪😀
