  Waited in an empty store for ten minutes before being told that they weren’t able to help tape (not pack) my box closed without me buying tape. Went to another location and they did it for free.

  Policies here apparently change with the wind so good luck. I processed a Zappos return here that was supposedly the only FREE option Zappos provided & was told that I owed $2.40 for ‘packing tape’ to tape up the Zappos boxes I brought with the returns. I have returned items through Zappos using UPS stores including this one for over 10 years and have NEVER been charged. I notified Zappos & they informed me that this is done at some UPS stores but not all. I will NOT be using this store ever again.
