The customer service at this location was absolutely top-notch. I’ve shipped things from USPS, FedEx, UPS, all over the country. Rob was absolutely exceptional.

Workers have always been very nice here! However, I recently had a frustrating experience. I was there to return an Amazon package, which I had to box and label myself. So I showed up with my package, but the young man told me he couldn't accept it since there was a hazard sticker on the side (the box previously had dry shampoo shipped in it or something, which I guess results in a hazard sticker?). Anyways, I asked if I could just peel the sticker off, and he said no I cannot accept that box even if you remove the sticker. Instead he said he could sell me a $15+ box. It was the last day for me to complete the return, but he still wouldn't accept it and made me miss the return window. I got home and looked it up and found that yes, you can reuse the box as long as the sticker is completely removed or covered. So I messaged Amazon about the issue and they extended my return window. We then brought the exact same box back with the sticker completely removed, and guess what - it was accepted and no issues. So it turned out okay, but I wasted my time and a trip to the store (and could have also been stuck with an item I didn't want) when the package should have been accepted the first time around!

One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. I came in with an Amazon return that required a shipping box. Rob measured my items, selected the box, and sold it to me. $25 for a cardboard box. After I taped the bottom and tried to pack everything, it was obvious the box was too small because he had measured incorrectly.
When I asked to exchange it for the correct size, Rob refused, claiming store policy prohibited it because the box had been “defaced” by a single piece of tape—even though the mistake was entirely his. Rather than own the error or find a reasonable solution, he repeatedly hid behind store policy.
Good customer service means taking responsibility when an employee makes a mistake. Charging a customer for your own error and refusing to fix it is unacceptable.

Amazing service at the store! I bought something on Facebook while in town for work and needed to ship it home. Lee and Cassie were extremely helpful with getting everything and packed up the item for me. I have never had service like at any other UPS store I have been too. Genuine Hospitality. The owner of this store should be extremely happy with this team and take care of them.

Horrible! Don’t get a mailbox here. The price has tripled since I originally signed up. Mailboxes at other stores with a more friendly owner are half the cost. Employees will send your packages back to sender, even though they are addressed correctly. This store was a phenomenal until the change of ownership a few years ago. Whoever owns the store should not be allowed to keep buying up any more stores. It’s making my UPS drop off experience miserable. And if you send any prepaid packages that have extra labels on them that are supposed to be visible for the place, they are being received to the employees like to cover them up and they don’t listen to your request to leave them uncovered even though the label says to leave this label, uncovered. The person who owns the store does not care. They will hire the most incompetent employees and they never come to the store to check on the staff and how they are performing. They just ruin everything they touch buy.
