  I dropped off a Next Day Air package on 5/21/26 before the 6PM cutoff time for pickup. They did not scan the package in the system and the package did not get a scan until 1:27 pm the next day. I've had better luck with package pickups at the sketchy bodega in geeenfield. Avoid this place for anything critical

  Went to return Amazon packages. Did not realize all Amazon packages were accepted by scanning the QR code except for one. I nicely asked if they could print the one label for me as a courtesy and I will know for next one and they would not. Can’t believe how low customer service has become.

  What a delightful experience! Brittany was very helpful. She sealed my package, walked me through the process, continued to deftly handle other customers with quick service needs and questions with a smile while I filled my side of things, and I never felt ignored nor did I have to wait for her. Thank you, Brittany!

  This location is the worse location!!! There’s an older lady there who looks like she’s in her 60’s-70’s very bad attitude and customer service. She doesn’t listen to what you’re trying to explain or how you’re trying to do things! I will never recommend this location to anyone! Just horrible service!!!

  I rarely take the time to write a review. But my visit today warranted one. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I saw the negative reviews and thought...maybe it won't be that bad. I was wrong. There is an older woman (50s-60s maybe) who has the worst attitude and Customer Service. Truly, I was enraged by her "know it all attitude", rudeness, inability to listen, and completely confusing a situation that didn't need to be that complicated. I ended up asking for my items back and leaving, shaking in anger, with a headache and still needing to go to another location. Save yourself a headache and go to Robinson. Even if it's out of the way, it's better than what I went through today. You've been warned.
