  NOT THE UPS STORE IT WAS - The new staff are VERY unprofessional and rude. Go to Bethel Park, South Side - any other UPS location but here. I have reached out to UPS Corporate and Amazon executive offices as well - not a brand / location their brands will choose to associate with. UPS Pleasant Hills Pittsburgh location Employees need to learn some RESPECT — treat your customers kindly and respectfully --PLEASE! SHAME ON YOU!!!!

  Well, I thought I'd stop by before work to drop off an Amazon return, but while they're supposed to open at 8am, I'm sitting here at 8:20, and the doors are still locked & lights are still off, not a person in brown to be found. I get that people run late or call off last-minute, but still, I don't have time to make it to the *next* closest location (which is 3+ miles away), so this has been quite the inconvenience. Guess I'll just be returning this package another day...

  It's been almost a month since my engagement ring was stolen from the package by an employee after the package was dropped off. A claim was filed IMMEDIATELY but we are getting the run around between the store and UPS customer service. They need to be held accountable. My fiancé and I are not anywhere close to a resolution.
