  I walked into this establishment to get my insurance paper printed out for my vehicle . An apron entering an older lady with a Bebe hat immediately had an attitude was rolling eyes and had an attitude the entire time I was in the ups store . All I wanted was my paper printed out . I will not be back . Then the other lady that was working with her told me to not get smart with her after she was blatantly being disrespectful told me to stop . Then just gave me my papers for free . That lady with th Bebe hat knows she was IN THE WRONG . We are adults I don’t understand why people even older than want to continue to act like children .All I asked her was to print out my paperwork. If you don’t want to work in customer service find another job . She literally had an attitude from the second I walked in that store and was nothing but respectful ! If you don’t believe me check your cameras that’s what you have them for .

  They will pack your item poorly, break your item while shipping, and then blame you. Go anywhere else. Their Capital Claims Team is really unprofessional with a single goal of blaming the customer.

  Tommy at the Old Clairton Rd UPS store went above and beyond to help me with returning a few heavy Amazon packages. I am 9 months pregnant and he helped me get them to the counter and was very efficient, friendly and professional. Great experience!

  If you say you’re opening at 8 AM be open at 8 AM. Don’t have your employee show up at 8:05 and then tell us that it’s going to take 20 minutes to get ready.
