  They need a drop off for folks who have prepaid labels. I waited 15 minutes and still did not get to drop off my packages as the line didn’t move. Go to another store if you want to get in and out in a reasonable timeframe.

  PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS UPS STORE I DROPPED my Amazon Package off on Sunday Jul12th and Amazon is still saying they have not received my package so they won't give me a Refund it was the UPS that handled everything wrong the older Gentleman scanned everything but I don't think it when thru this UPS Store is a MESS they DON'T KNOW ANYTHING about REFUNDS at ALL I'm calling the COPORATE OFFICE on this UPS Store will be taking my BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

  Horrible customer service and very rude staff. They spoke to me disrespectfully and made a simple return way more difficult than it needed to be. They refused to take normal, packed return items unless I bought a $1 plastic bag, even though there were plenty sitting right next to them. It feels like they charge for things that a normal UPS store would not charge for just to make extra money on returns. On top of that, they ripped open my packaging after saying it would not work, which made no sense. This location appears to be under new ownership, so the older good reviews may be from the previous owner. I will be taking my business somewhere else nearby and will not be returning here. Not worth your time.

  I told them about my problem over the phone and they literally just ignored me. Like, I could still hear them on the phone doing normal business things, talking about someone with no hair? Tried to get their attention but they just kept ignoring me. Extremely strange.
